The humble house’s door is open for you: SBM invited regular customer to pay a visit
On the eve of May 1st, Mr. Yang, director of a large building materials processing company in Xi’an, important client and old friend of SBM, invited by the latter, specially visited SBM Company. The chairman of the Board, domestic sales department director, operation center manager of SBM met and invited Mr. Yang to dinner. They also invited Mr. Yang to visit the hot 2011 Shanghai international auto exhibition.
Regular customer: 6 years of cooperation, 10 deals
Mr. Yang is the VIP customer of SBM, but also an old friend of SBM.
Since the first purchase of sand making machine from SBM, Mr. Yang has cooperated with SBM for six years, with ten successful trade dealings. From the initial old PCL600B sand machine, to VSI series sand machine, to large VSI5X series machine, SBM equipments have been updating constantly during the six years. Mr.Yang’s company’s projects are larger, and require more for equipment quality.
During the conversation between the directors of sales department and operation center, Mr. Yang said modesty he was a loyal fan of SBM. In many of his projects site, we can see all the equipments are SBM sand and milling equipments. "No matter old PCL or the latest VSI5X series, SBM equipment’s quality is particularly reassuring. I dare say my finished product of gravel, whether in form or in size, is the best among more than 1700 local companies." Yang said.
It is reported that Mr. Yang’s company is appointed to supply many highway projects with raw materials. Through test and study by the provincial authority officials, its production of sand is judged to be excellent sand, and designated as mechanism for other sample project.
New relationships: create win-win cooperation new way
During the conversation with Mr. Yang, the broad chairman showed sincere gratitude for the trust and support of Mr. Yang to SBM, and said it is the support of regular customers like Mr. Yang which helps SBM to achieve such status and achievements in the industry today.
In the conversation, the chairman specifically pointed out that Yang plays a significant positive effect to SBM. In the six years of cooperation process, Yang has given many constructive feedbacks to the company products, services and market development etc of which SBM has accepted seriously.
In terms of ways of cooperation, the chairman thought we should make great efforts to create a new breakthrough of present situation, and find the win-win cooperation way. For example, in terms of service, Yang can be the company service adviser, supervising SBM service activities, participating in service system and service methods such as the revision work. Further on, two parties may consider jointly forging a most modern, cleanest sand production base, where SBM make more efforts in equipment research and development on increasing investment and Yang can enrich production site management experience.
Yang showed great interest in the chairman’s proposal, and is full of confidence in the future cooperation with SBM.
